About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to establish and manage strategic partnerships with businesses catering to women, such as salons, beauty parlors, jewelry stores, boutiques, fitness centers, wellness studios, and other relevant industries. The primary objective of this role is to generate quality referrals and increase brand visibility through mutually beneficial business collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and establish strategic tie-ups with salons, beauty clinics, jewelry stores, boutiques, gyms, wellness centers, and other women-focused businesses.
- Present the company's services, treatment offerings, and business proposition professionally.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners to ensure continuous referral generation.
- Plan and execute partnership and referral programs to increase lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Conduct regular market visits and meetings with prospective partners.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements in alignment with company policies.
- Organize promotional activities, awareness campaigns, and collaborative events with partner businesses.
- Maintain a database of all partners, referrals, and business opportunities.
- Track partnership performance and submit regular reports to management.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximize conversion opportunities.

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Marketing, or Client Acquisition.
- Candidates with experience in Wellness, Healthcare, Aesthetic Clinics, Beauty Industry, Insurance, Banking, Hospitality, Retail, or Similar Service Industries will be preferred.
