- This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role.
JD :
Driving new client acquisition in staffing Identifying, prospecting and converting new business opportunities within the recruitment and staffing space across multiple industries and geographies.
Building and growing key client relationships Developing strong relationships with decision makers, understanding their hiring needs and positioning OBOX as a consultative partner rather than just a vendor.
Shaping sales strategy through market intelligence Tracking market trends, competitor activity and client feedback to refine sales plans and advise leadership on where and how to grow.
Leading proposals and commercial negotiations Preparing structured proposals, presenting solutions with clarity and closing contracts that balance client expectations with business profitability.
Owning sales pipeline, targets and collaboration Managing the full sales funnel from lead generation to closure, reporting regularly on metrics and working closely with recruitment, marketing and operations to ensure smooth delivery.
Qualification:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales or account management, preferably within the recruitment industry
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline.
A proven record of acquiring new clients and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Strong sales, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
A solid understanding of recruitment processes and staffing models, supported by good business acumen and comfort using CRM and MS Office tools.
