Role
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Visual Designer to lead our brand's visual communication across digital and marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in website design and rebuilding, marketing collateral creation, and video editing, with the ability to translate business requirements into compelling visual experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the redesign and rebuilding of the company website to improve user experience, visual appeal, and conversion rates.- Optimize website layouts, graphics, and content presentation for improved user engagement.
- Maintain consistency across all website pages in line with brand guidelines.
- Design and develop campaign-specific landing pages for lead generation initiatives.
- Monitor website performance and recommend design improvements based on analytics.
- Design high-quality marketing materials for digital and offline channels.
- Create banners, brochures, presentations, case studies, infographics, whitepapers, email creatives, social media assets, and event collateral.
- Develop visual assets for product launches, webinars, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing communication.
- Edit videos for social media, website, events, and digital advertising platforms.
- Manage video production workflows, including editing, audio enhancement, transitions, and rendering.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into creative solutions.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve user engagement and brand visibility.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- 5+ years of experience in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Creative Design, or related roles.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating website design, branding, marketing creatives, and video editing projects.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Experience with Figma for web and digital design.
- Experience designing responsive websites and landing pages.
- Excellent video editing and motion graphics skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
