Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Thane. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in EdTech, Education Counseling, or Inside Sales and possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding higher education programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable university programs.
- Conduct follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission targets and revenue goals.
- Stay updated with university offerings, fee structures, scholarships, and admission processes.
- Support the team in achieving overall business objectives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in EdTech, Education Counseling, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer engagement.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
