Design & Planning
- Prepare and review MEP design drawings for electrical, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC, and other related services.
- Develop layout plans, schematic drawings, single line diagrams, and plumbing schematics.
- Ensure all MEP designs comply with project requirements, client specifications, and applicable standards/codes.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and project teams to avoid design clashes.
Technical Coordination
- Attend design coordination meetings with internal teams and clients.
- Support site teams in resolving design-related issues during project execution.
- Ensure proper integration of MEP services with civil and interior works.
Estimation & Documentation
- Prepare BOQ, material specifications, and quantity take-offs for MEP works.
- Assist procurement team in technical evaluation of MEP materials and equipment.
- Maintain proper records of revisions, approvals, and design documents.
Site Support
- Visit project sites whenever required for design validation and execution support.
- Provide technical clarifications to project managers, site engineers, and contractors.
- Ensure that actual execution matches approved drawings and specifications.
Skills & Requirements
- Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Revit MEP will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with design calculations, BOQ preparation, and technical coordination.
- Understanding of relevant codes and standards for MEP design.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Qualification
- B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering or related field.
- Relevant experience in MEP design and coordination.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
