About the Role: Key Responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning and demonstration of aesthetic and dermatology machines at client locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical, electrical, electronic and hardware-related issues in machines.
- Attend service complaints and provide timely technical support to customers.
- Repair machines and identify defective components/parts.
- Replace and test spare parts, electronic components, cables, connectors, power supplies, cooling systems, etc.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of machines.
- Handle breakdown calls and ensure machines are restored to working condition within the required timeline.
- Conduct testing and quality checks after repair/service.
- Maintain proper service reports, machine history and spare-parts records.
- Coordinate with the Technical/Service team for complex technical issues.
- Provide basic technical guidance to customers regarding machine operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Travel to customer locations across Gujarat and other parts of India, as required.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure high-quality after-sales service.
Machines / Equipment Knowledge
The candidate should have hands-on knowledge or experience in servicing/troubleshooting aesthetic, dermatology and cosmetology equipment, such as:
- MNRF – Micro/Medical Radio Frequency Machines
- HIFU Machines
- Laser Hair Removal Machines
- Diode Laser Machines
- CO2 Laser Machines
- RF / Radio Frequency Machines
- Cavitation / Body Contouring Machines
- Hydrafacial Machines
- Skin Analysis / Beauty Equipment
- Other small and large aesthetic, cosmetic and dermatology machines
Experience with similar equipment will also be considered.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic troubleshooting
- Ability to read and understand basic electrical/electronic circuits
- Knowledge of SMPS, power supply, PCB, sensors, motors, cooling systems, connectors and wiring
- Ability to identify faulty components and replace spare parts
- Good understanding of machine calibration and testing
- Hands-on approach towards machine repair and maintenance
- Ability to diagnose problems systematically and provide effective solutions
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance
Candidate Profile
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical, Instrumentation or related technical field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in service, maintenance or repair of aesthetic/medical/cosmetology equipment.
- Candidates from medical equipment, aesthetic equipment, laser equipment, beauty equipment or similar industries will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and relevant qualification may also be considered for junior-level positions.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations across India.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle service calls responsibly.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
