1. Housekeeping Responsibilities: Guest rooms மற்றும் common areas-ஐ சுத்தமாக பராமரித்தல். Bed making, bathroom cleaning மற்றும் room setup. Cleaning chemicals மற்றும் equipment-ஐ பாதுகாப்பாக பயன்படுத்துதல். Supervisor கொடுக்கும் பணிகளை நேரத்திற்கு முடித்தல்.
2. Room Supervisor Responsibilities: Housekeeping team-ஐ மேற்பார்வை செய்தல். Rooms guest check-inக்கு தயாராக இருப்பதை உறுதி செய்தல். Room inspection செய்து quality standards-ஐ பராமரித்தல். Staff attendance, duty allocation மற்றும் guest complaints-ஐ கையாளுதல்.
3. Waiter Responsibilities: Guests-ஐ மரியாதையுடன் வரவேற்று உணவு பரிமாறுதல். Tables-ஐ சுத்தமாகவும் ஒழுங்காகவும் வைத்திருத்தல். Orders-ஐ சரியாக எடுத்துச் kitchen-உடன் ஒருங்கிணைத்தல். நல்ல customer service வழங்குதல்.
