About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Frontend (ReactJS) to lead the frontend
development team in designing and building modern, scalable, and responsive web
applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in ReactJS, excellent
leadership skills, and the ability to mentor developers while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the frontend development team using ReactJS.
- Design and implement scalable frontend architecture.
- Develop responsive user interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and
CSS.
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs.
- Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in technical discussions, sprint planning, and code reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Qualification
- MCA or B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology with a
minimum of
65% marks or CGPA 6.5 from a reputed institution.
Essential Skills
- Strong expertise in ReactJS.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with state management libraries.
- REST API integration experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
