Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding new employees.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
- Administer HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company standards.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee benefits, payroll administration, and timekeeping.
- Stay informed about industry trends and employment legislation to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
