Job Title: Accounts Officer (Fresher)Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and detail‑oriented Accounts Officer who has recently completed a B.Com degree. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles and a willingness to learn and grow within the finance department.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining day‑to‑day financial records
- Support accounting team with data entry and documentation
- Help prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records
- Assist in bank reconciliation and account reconciliation
- Maintain proper filing and organization of financial documents
- Support the preparation of basic financial reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial data collection
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts (debit, credit, ledgers)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Knowledge of Tally, ERP, or accounting software
- Internship experience in accounts or finance
