Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to promote our products, generate new business opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships. This role requires regular field visits and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail shops, dealers, and distributors to promote company products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Generate sales leads and convert them into business.
- Collect market information, customer feedback, and competitor insights.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Coordinate with the sales and office teams for order processing.
- Prepare daily field visit and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Work Location: Field-Based – Coimbatore and Nearby Areas.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
