Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality classroom and/or online teaching for UPSC subjects (General Studies, CSAT, or Optional subjects).
- Provide strategic guidance on answer writing, time management, and exam approach.
- Mentor students individually to improve performance, consistency, and conceptual clarity.
- Develop study material, practice questions, and assessment frameworks aligned with UPSC trends.
- Collaborate with academic teams to monitor student progress and outcomes.
Eligibility & Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience teaching UPSC aspirants.
- Must have personally appeared in UPSC CSE Mains (non-negotiable).
- Strong command over UPSC syllabus and examination trends.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and conduct engaging, interactive sessions.
- Excellent communication skills with a student-first mentoring approach.
