Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Cost Estimation & Planning: Preparing Feasibility Studies, preliminary cost estimates, and detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQ).
- Tendering & Contracting: Preparing tender documents, contracts, and agreements, and negotiating with subcontractors.
- Cost Control: Monitoring expenditures, analyzing progress, and performing value engineering to ensure project profitability.
- Site Valuation: Visiting sites to evaluate work progress, certify payments for subcontractors, and process variation orders.
- Final Account Settlement: Preparing final accounts, managing claims, and resolving disputes at the end of the project.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in cost estimation software, Excel, and reading construction drawings.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
