Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Scheduling
- Manage and schedule daily tasks for QC inspectors, analysts, and laboratory technicians.
- Train new hires on testing protocols, safety guidelines, and company compliance policies.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide continuous technical guidance and support.
- Audit production processes regularly to ensure they follow established ISO or GMP quality regulations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
