- Proficient in measuring, cutting, and shaping wood and other materials
- Experience with furniture making, modular fittings, or site work
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings
- Good with hand tools and power tools (drill, jigsaw, sander, etc.)
- Knowledge of plywood, laminates, veneers, and carpentry hardware
- Finishing skills – edge banding, polish, fittings, etc.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Basic understanding of safety practices
