HR manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes which includes evaluating employee programs, recommending improvements to employee relations policies and making sure that all employee-related policies in each department align with our corporate goals and established regulations.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Ensuring optimum utilization of human resources i.e. manpower planning and deployment.

Ensuring timely hiring of quality resources that meet the specification as per the staffing plan

Independently responsible for overall recruitment, including preparing job descriptions, analyzing job requirements and finalizing candidates

Prepare SOPs for each department and ensuring the compliance of SOPs and company policies.

Should be able to design the organization structure keeping in view the future expansion plans.

Interview candidates to assess their suitability for employment and growth within the organization.

Handling salary negotiations and compensation administration, making offer letters.

Perform reference checks on potential employees.

Monthly scheduling the Induction process for new employees, organizing training programs for employees, joining formalities of new employees.

Oversee and manage a monthly, quarterly and annual employee performance reviews that drives high performance

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Should be able to introduce new HR initiatives like linking pay to performance, reward and recognition policy etc.

Research and construct a rewards and recognition program

Monitoring the organization's salary structure and benefits provision

Managing the payroll system.

Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.

Effective utilization of job portals and professional networking portals.

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Developing and maintaining personnel record systems in accordance with current legislation.

Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
Desired Candidate Profile
-
Candidate must have MBA in HR (Full Time), from a premier School, having relevant prior experience of 10 years.

The candidate should have a background of having worked in industry/Education Sector where there is a large workforce of 500+ employees.

Hands on experience in Payroll processing on SAP.

Strong communication skills and a high degree of energy.

In-depth knowledge of labor law and & other statutory acts
