Role Overview
We are looking for an organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The candidate will handle documentation, data entry, record maintenance, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as the main contact for client orders. Work with our internal planning and engineering teams to ensure all project deadlines are met.
· Maintain organized digital and physical files for all client contracts, technical drawings, and order history
· Manage daily office emails. Write clear updates to clients about their orders and handle all necessary follow-ups.
· Support different departments with daily paperwork and ensure all pending office tasks are tracked and finished.
· Watch for any project delays or client complaints and report them to senior management immediately to get them resolved.
Required Experience & Skills
Experience: 3+ years in Back Office Administration, Client Coordination, or Client Servicing (ideally within the Manufacturing or Engineering industry).
Communication: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Must be highly efficient in drafting professional emails and handling telephone inquiries.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in office software (MS Excel, Word)
Organization: Strong multitasking skills with a focus on accuracy and meeting strict deadlines.
