Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Non-Tech Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across various functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and experience in driving hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical positions.
- Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide market insights.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- 45 years of experience in non-technical recruitment.
- Strong expertise in sourcing and talent mapping.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
- Exposure to global hiring is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Immediate joiners.
- Experience working with recruitment consulting firms or handling multiple clients.
