Experience: 3 to 7 Years (Pharma and Cosmetic Industry Only)
Allrite Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dynamic and multi-faceted PPIC Executive to join our team at the Baddi plant. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between production efficiency, financial costing, and business growth.
· Production Planning: Prepare, monitor, and execute weekly and monthly production schedules. Coordinate seamlessly with Procurement, QA/QC, and Warehouse teams to ensure zero downtime.
· Costing & Inventory: Prepare, maintain and manage product batch costing, strict inventory controls for raw/packing materials. Conduct variance analysis, optimize manufacturing margins.
· NPD (New Product Development): Actively handle and accelerate the NPD pipeline, tracking product trials from lab scale to commercial batches.
· Basic Business Development: Coordinate with client accounts, support commercial timelines, and assist in identifying operational growth opportunities.
Requirements:
· Graduate from any stream (Minimum), Preferable Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharma), Science (B. Sc), MBA or a related field.
· 3-7 years of core PPIC experience within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical and or cosmetic formulation plant.
· Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of material costing and basic commercial/BD coordination.
