Job Title: Tekla Modeler – Structural Steel & Tensile Fabric (Immediate Joiner) Location: Irumpanam, Kochi, Kerala
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable for experts)
Job Summary: We are a specialized engineering consultancy seeking a high-caliber Tekla Structures Modeler with 2–3 years of experience in structural steel. This role involves working on complex international projects (Dubai, Oman, India) including heavy steel and tensile fabric structures. We need a "Power User" who understands fabrication logic and design optimization.
Key Technical Requirements & Keywords:
- Custom Components: Expert proficiency in creating and managing Parametric Custom Components and intelligent connections.
- Hollow Sections: Extensive experience modeling with SHS, RHS, CHS, Pipes, and Tubes.
- Modeling Standards: Delivery of LOD 400 / LOD 450 construction-ready models.
- Technical Outputs: Automated generation of NC Files, DXF, Assembly Drawings, Erection Drawings, and precise BOM/MTO.
- Software Proficiency: Tekla Structures (latest versions), Trimble Connect, and AutoCAD.
Candidate Profile:
- B.Tech or Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
- Must be able to resolve complex geometry and connection clashes independently.
- Mandatory Requirement: Must be available for a technical test within the upcoming week; candidate must demonstrate the ability to model and detail a complete steel structure including the creation of Parametric Custom Components.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
