Job Title: Production Trainee / Production Operator
Location: Manjusar, Vadodara, Gujarat
Experience: 0–3 Years
Qualification:
- ITI (Relevant Trade) / AOCP / Diploma (Chemical/Mechanical or related discipline)
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Handle raw materials and assist in batch manufacturing activities.
- Maintain production records and complete documentation accurately.
- Follow safety, quality, and GMP guidelines at all times.
- Assist in routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment.
- Report any equipment issues, deviations, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Ensure housekeeping and maintain a clean work environment.
- Work effectively in rotational shifts as required.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of chemical or manufacturing processes.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Strong safety awareness and discipline.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Experience in a chemical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
- Candidates willing to work in shifts and relocate, if required, will be preferred.
Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
