About Groundwork:
We are a niche project management firm located in Chandigarh. We handle construction and interior design projects for residential, commercial, and office spaces.
We are looking for an active and reliable Field Purchase Executive. No prior experience is required. This is a 100% field job where you will be on the move, visiting local markets, purchasing materials directly from shops, and delivering them safely to our construction sites.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Visits & Direct Procurement
- Travel daily to local Tricity markets to source materials
- Pick up small-to-medium project items (hardware, fittings, samples, paints) directly from vendors
2. Material Deliveries to Sites
- Transport the purchased items directly to various residential and commercial sites on your vehicle
- Coordinate with site supervisors to hand over materials and get delivery slips signed
3. English Bill Reading & Verification
- Read and cross-check item names, quantities, and prices on English bills before leaving the shop
- Match the items picked up against the requirements sent by the office team
- Keep all physical tax invoices, cash memos, and receipts organized for daily submission
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Fresher / No prior experience needed (Training on material types will be given)
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass
- Language: Ability to read and understand English (must read bills, item descriptions, and WhatsApp lists)
- Vehicle Requirement: Must own a reliable bike or scooter and possess a valid Indian Driving License
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable spending the majority of the day driving in the field and handling physical items
Compensation & Benefits
- Fuel Reimbursement: Separate monthly fuel allowance
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
