Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Planning Coordinator to support production planning and coordination activities. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring production schedules, coordinating with different departments, tracking daily production status, and ensuring smooth workflow as per dispatch timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Production, Store, Dispatch, and Quality departments for smooth operational flow.
- Prepare and maintain daily production planning reports.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Follow up on raw material availability with the Store department.
- Coordinate dispatch planning as per customer requirements.
- Update production status and communicate delays or issues to management.
- Maintain MIS reports and planning records accurately.
- Assist in manpower planning and workflow coordination.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of production activities.
- Support management in achieving daily and monthly production targets.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of production planning and coordination.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Team coordination ability.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Experience in production planning/coordinator role will be preferred.
Experience
- 1–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
