Job Title: CAD Application Engineer Intern (Interior/ Architectural/Civil)

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Application Engineer Intern with expertise or passion for in interior design, 3D modeling, and software training to support our clients. You will work closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure customers gain maximum value from cad solutions through onboarding, training, technical support, and workflow optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical consultation and software demonstrations to clients on the Coohom platform.
- Guide customers through the onboarding process, including setup, training, and best practices.
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to showcase features and capabilities of Coohom.
- Offer design workflow solutions tailored to specific industries such as modular furniture, interior design, or architecture.
- Deliver technical training (online and onsite) for clients and internal teams.
- Act as a liaison between users and Coohom's product team by collecting and reporting feedback for improvement.
- Lead Generation, Customer calls & discussion
- Stay updated on the latest Coohom features and trends in the 3D design industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or a related field.
- 0–1 years of experience. Freshers can also apply.
- Knowledge of tools like SketchUp, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, or Revit.(Optional)
- Familiarity with 3D modeling, rendering, and VR walkthroughs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to conduct client training and communicate technical concepts clearly.
