Job Summary
Meco Concepts Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and skilled Flutter Developer to build modern, scalable, and high-performance Android and iOS applications. The ideal candidate should have practical experience with Flutter, Dart, REST APIs, Firebase, and state management while working in a collaborative development environment.
You will work closely with UI/UX Designers, Backend Developers, Frontend Developers, QA Engineers, and the Technical Lead to develop enterprise-grade mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Android & iOS applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Convert Figma UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect mobile applications.
- Integrate REST APIs with backend services.
- Implement Firebase services and authentication.
- Build reusable and maintainable Flutter widgets.
- Optimize application performance and responsiveness.
- Debug, test, and resolve application issues.
- Participate in code reviews and Agile development.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and QA teams.
- Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code.

Work Location & Project DeploymentPhase 1 – Project Development
During the active development phase, the selected candidate will work from our Head Office in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, together with the complete development team.
Company Provides
- Company accommodation during the project period.
- Food expenses are not included and will be borne by the employee.
- Opportunity to work directly with the core development team on a live enterprise project.
Phase 2 – After Project Launch
Upon successful completion and launch of the project, the employee's permanent work location will be transferred to our New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal office.
This will be the regular Work from Office location.
Working Days & Office Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
