We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Manager with strong expertise in Robotic Process Automation, coding, and system integration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and delivering automation solutions end-to-end, managing teams, and collaborating with business stakeholders to create impactful automation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end automation solutions using RPA tools.
Lead and mentor a team of developers and technical leads, providing technical guidance and support.
Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
Work on system integrations, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) to enhance automation capabilities.
Ensure adherence to security standards, compliance requirements, and best practices in automation delivery.
Manage and oversee automation projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, driving problem-solving and decision-making.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business leaders to ensure seamless communication.
Required Skills and Experience
7–9 years of experience in IT with strong expertise in Automation Testing.
Solid programming knowledge in Java, Selenium.
Hands-on experience with databases, APIs, and system integrations.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing automation projects.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
