Job Description We are looking for a qualified, experienced Accountant to manage all financial transactions, . Accountant responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns.
Experience in handling inward / outward foreign remittances Experience in filing Income Tax and Income Tax Returns.
Good written and verbal communication in English and Malayalam.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage all accounting transactions Handle and document all invoice payment received or paid, Raising timely invoices for clients. Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement, and preparation of debtors/creditors statements.
Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms, and requests for payments. Handling petty cash, preparing bills and receipts.
Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.
Good understanding of various statutory compliance related to the office.
Ensure all payments such as TDS, Professional Tax, are paid on time.
Online filing of returns of various statutory compliance related to the office.
Requirements
CA /B. Com / M. Com / B.Sc in Accounting Finance
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Proficient in Tally ,Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Good written and verbal communication in English and Malayalam Interpersonal skills and ability to deal with external contacts.
Proactive and well organized.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Salary : Rs 20,000 to Rs 25,000 Depends on qualification and experience.
