Career Counsellor
Location: Bhubaneswar
Job Type: 2-Year Contract
OJT Stipend: ₹15,000/month
Post-OJT Package: ₹3 LPA CTC
Eligibility
- Post-Graduation in Psychology preferred; candidates from English, Sociology, Economics, Political Science, MBA, MA, and other disciplines can also apply.
- Preference for candidates with 70%+ academic score.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide career guidance across Science, Commerce, Arts, Vocational, Competitive, and Neutral domains.
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions and assist with psychometric assessments.
- Handle student queries and maintain counselling records.
- Support career events, workshops, research, and content development.
- Work with senior counsellors and participate in training programs.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication in English & Hindi; Odia preferred.
- Presentation, research, and content development skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint & Google Drive.
- Ability to manage students in large numbers and organize events.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Must have a laptop.
