Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (MBA in Project Management/Operations is Preferred)
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Urban Grey Engineering Solutions is a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy delivering integrated solutions in Structural Engineering, Architecture, Geotechnical Engineering, Infrastructure Planning, Water Resources Engineering, and MEP Design. We work on government infrastructure projects, urban development projects, and large building projects across Kerala and other states.
Skills Required
- Strong experience in project planning, execution, and coordination.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
- Sound knowledge of project scheduling, resource planning, and project documentation.
- Familiarity with BOQs, billing, contract management, and quality control.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor multiple engineering and infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review project reports, BOQs, billing, technical documents, and contractual deliverables.
- Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and project risks.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
- Conduct project review meetings and prepare progress reports for management.
- Resolve project issues and implement corrective actions to achieve project objectives.
- Support senior management in strategic planning and project performance monitoring.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering project execution or project coordination.
- Experience in government infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
- MBA in Project Management, Operations, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
