We are looking for an experienced ERP Developer to lead the development of a new, scalable ERP platform from the ground up. The role involves understanding business processes, designing ERP architecture, developing integrated modules, managing databases and APIs, implementing workflows, and ensuring the ERP is secure, reliable, scalable, and user-friendly.
The candidate will work closely with management and various department teams to understand operational requirements and convert them into practical technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop the overall ERP system architecture, including frontend, backend, database and API layers.
- Analyze business processes and convert departmental requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
- Develop ERP modules from scratch and integrate them into a unified platform.
- Design and develop secure REST APIs, third-party integrations and system interfaces.
- Design and optimize database structures, queries, relationships and data management processes.
- Implement workflow-based approvals, notifications, role-based access control and audit trails.
- Develop MIS reports, dashboards and management analytics for real-time decision-making.
- Ensure application security, data integrity, scalability, performance and maintainability.
- Conduct system testing, debugging, troubleshooting, deployment and ongoing maintenance.
- Work directly with HR, Finance, Accounts, Purchase, Stores, Civil, Fleet, Planning and Operations teams to understand their processes and requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation, system architecture documents and development standards.
- Continuously enhance the ERP based on business requirements, user feedback and operational needs.

Key Functional Areas
The ERP will cover processes such as vehicle allocation, trip and fuel tracking, mileage monitoring, maintenance, project progress, BOQ and quantity tracking, material consumption, tender estimation and submission, rate analysis, project costing, manpower and resource planning, procurement workflows, vendor management, quotation comparison, material receipt, meal registration, food inventory, wastage and cost-per-meal analysis.
Required Technical Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in software/ERP development
- Strong Full Stack Development experience
- Strong frontend and backend development skills
- Strong knowledge of MySQL / PostgreSQL / SQL Server
- Hands-on experience in REST API development and integration
- Strong understanding of ERP architecture and enterprise application development
- Experience with Git and version control
- Knowledge of AWS / Azure or other cloud platforms
- Good understanding of application and data security
- Experience in database and application performance optimization
- Strong debugging, analytical and problem-solving skills
