This position requires continuous collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software solutions, while driving innovation in testing approaches and maintaining rigorous standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the testing framework.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and quality standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools relevant to data warehousing environments.
- Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for ETL processes.
- Ability to analyze complex data flows and validate data transformations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation technologies to develop and maintain automated test scripts.
- Understanding of data quality concepts and best practices in data validation and verification.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
