About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and innovative Agentic AI Engineer with 2+ years of experience in AI/ML and Generative AI technologies. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent AI agents and autonomous workflows using Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-agent frameworks, and modern AI orchestration tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and task execution.
- Build and maintain AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent architectures.
- Implement AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
- Integrate APIs, databases, vector stores, and external tools into AI agents.
- Optimize prompts, memory handling, tool calling, and agent orchestration for performance and scalability.
- Develop evaluation and monitoring systems to improve AI reliability, safety, and response quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business applications.
- Troubleshoot and enhance AI models, workflows, and automation pipelines.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Generative AI, autonomous agents, and LLM technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Python development and AI/ML applications.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG architectures.
- Hands-on experience with frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
- Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, or Weaviate.
- Experience with REST APIs, FastAPI/Flask, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with AI agent orchestration, tool integration, and workflow automation.
- Understanding of AI evaluation, observability, guardrails, and security practices.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
