We're looking for a highly driven Founding BDR to help us generate meetings and pipeline through cold outreach.
What You'll Do
- Make 50–150 outbound calls per day
- Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Send and manage cold email sequences
- Qualify inbound and outbound prospects
- Book meetings for founders
- Follow up with leads consistently
- Maintain CRM records and pipeline stages
- Research target accounts and decision-makers
- Work directly with founders on GTM strategy
Who We're Looking For
- Comfortable speaking with founders, executives, and business owners
- Strong spoken and written English
- Not afraid of rejection
- Able to learn new industries quickly
- Organized and process-driven
- Hungry to grow in sales and startups
Bonus Points
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Experience with Apollo, Clay, Instantly, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Experience with cold calling US prospects
- Familiarity with AI, automation, or software products
