About Us:
Hotel Sai Inn is a newly renovated, well-established hotel located in the heart of Amritsar near the railway station. With over 7 years of trusted hospitality experience, we pride ourselves on offering our guests a comfortable and memorable stay.
We are now hiring experienced and responsible Manager to oversee hotel operations – for the Morning Shift.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily hotel operations and staff during assigned shift
- Ensure smooth guest check-ins and check-outs
- Handle guest queries and resolve complaints promptly
- Monitor room occupancy, cleanliness, and maintenance
- Manage bookings, payments, and billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
- Maintain security and safety protocols, especially during the shift
- Ensure a high level of customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Prior experience in hotel management or hospitality preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills (for check-ins, billing, etc.)
- Must be reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
- Fluency in Punjabi, Hindi and English required
