Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist Cum Telecaller role based in Ahmedabad. The individual in this position will manage the front desk, greet visitors, and direct them to the appropriate team members while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Daily responsibilities include handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, providing information about services, scheduling appointments, and recording accurate messages. The role also involves maintaining visitor logs, organizing basic clerical tasks such as filing and data entry, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure prompt follow-up on inquiries. The Receptionist Cum Telecaller will be expected to uphold strong customer service standards, maintain confidentiality, and represent the company in a courteous and efficient manner.
Qualifications
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to manage high volumes of incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Experience with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors, managing front desk operations, and handling inquiries.
- Proficient clerical skills such as filing, data entry, record-keeping, and basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, office software).
- Effective communication skills, including clear spoken English and local languages, and the ability to convey information accurately.
- Customer service skills with a focus on patience, problem-solving, and maintaining a friendly, respectful demeanor.
- Previous experience in a front office, call center, or customer-facing role is preferred.
- Minimum high school diploma; additional training in office administration or customer service is an advantage.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Ahmedabad, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
