Shift Timing: 5:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on unpaid insurance claims.
- Resolve denied or rejected claims.
- Contact insurance companies for claim status updates.
- Work on aging reports and outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate documentation of accounts.
- Ensure timely reimbursement from payers.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Medical Billing / AR process preferred.
- Freshers & Experienced both can apply.
- Good computer and typing skills.
- Ability to work in night shift.
