As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot problems, ensuring system functionality, and enhancing user experience through effective solutions. You will engage in continuous learning to stay updated on system changes and improvements, contributing to the overall efficiency of business operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of system enhancements.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Worksoft Certify.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with automated testing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with issue tracking and project management tools.
- Ability to analyze and interpret system logs for troubleshooting.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Worksoft Certify.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
