We are looking for an experienced and responsible HVAC Project Manager to lead and manage HVAC project execution from planning to successful completion. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, site coordination, manpower management, client communication, quality control, material planning, and ensuring projects are completed within the committed timeline and budget.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, organize and manage end-to-end HVAC project execution.
· Study project drawings, specifications, BOQs and technical requirements.
· Prepare project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
· Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
· Manage and supervise Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Technicians and site manpower.
· Conduct regular site visits and review project progress, quality and safety.
· Ensure proper installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC systems.
· Coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely availability of materials and equipment.
· Monitor material requirements and avoid project delays due to shortages.
· Track project costs, manpower utilization and expenses to ensure budget control.
· Identify site challenges and provide timely solutions to avoid delays.
· Prepare and submit project progress reports to management.
· Attend client and project review meetings whenever required.
· Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical standards, quality requirements and safety procedures.
· Coordinate for testing, commissioning, handover and closure of completed projects.
· Maintain proper project documentation, including work progress, approvals, changes and handover records.
· Support the management in improving project execution, productivity and team performance.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
