Job Summary
Icare is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Product Demo Executive to showcase and demonstrate our range of Interactive Digital Panels to customers.
The role involves coordinating product demonstrations, supporting the Business Development team during customer meetings, understanding customer requirements, and delivering engaging product presentations that help drive business opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, enjoy interacting with customers, and be willing to travel for demonstrations and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit Customer Place like Educational Institutions, Companys and perform Demos (Field)
- Demonstrate IT products, including Interactive Digital Panels
- Coordinate demo schedules with customers and the Business Development team.
- Understand customer requirements and tailor product demonstrations accordingly.
- Explain product features, benefits, and business value in a simple and engaging manner.
- Assist the Sales team during customer meetings, presentations
- Prepare and set up demo equipment before customer visits and ensure proper functionality.
- Coordinate with Service and Technical teams for demo preparation and troubleshooting.
- Collect customer feedback after demonstrations and share insights with the Sales team.
- Maintain demo inventory and ensure demo products are in good working condition.
- Prepare demo reports, customer visit reports, and activity updates.
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing a professional demonstration experience.
- Stay updated on the latest product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Confidence in delivering product demonstrations to individuals and groups.
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware and technology products.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and demonstrations.
