ABOUT THE ROLE
Vinod Atul & Associates is looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant Inter to join our Finance team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the Accounts, Finance, and Audit functions for a Singapore-based group with business operations across Singapore, the USA, the UK, and the Netherlands.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain international exposure while working with global stakeholders and finance teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in maintaining accounting records and financial transactions.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Perform bank, vendor, and intercompany reconciliations.
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Support statutory, internal, and external audit activities.
- Prepare and maintain audit schedules and supporting documentations.
- Help in preparing MIS reports and Financial Analysis.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in ERP- related activities and process improvement initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Semi Qualified CA/CA Intermediate (Both Groups of CA IPCC/ Inter must be cleared).
- 0–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong academic background with a keen interest in Accounting and Finance.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Basic knowledge of Accounting and Financial Reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Tally, ERP software, or accounting software will be an added advantage.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment
Excellent English Communication Skills (Mandatory)
Since the role involves regular interaction with overseas teams and stakeholders, candidates must possess excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
