As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and functionality. You will engage in discussions to understand user needs, provide insights on best practices, and oversee the implementation process to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders. Your role will also require you to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the development phase, ensuring that the project stays on track and meets deadlines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Contact Center Technology Implementation.
- Strong understanding of application design and development processes.
- Experience with system integration and deployment strategies.
- Ability to analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.

- This position is based at our Chennai office.
