Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Real Estate to lead sales operations, business development, and project coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in the real estate sector, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth while managing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall sales and business development functions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Drive sales for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, channel partners, brokers, and investors.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, legal, finance, and project teams.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business performance reports.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the sales team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA guidelines.
- Participate in pricing strategies, project launches, and promotional activities.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns efficiently.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
