About the Role
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, communicating with potential clients, and supporting sales and lead generation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads
- Explain company services clearly and professionally
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Maintain call records and update customer information
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
- Handle customer queries and provide basic support
- Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for lead updates
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi and marathi
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
