Key Responsibilities
Product Listing (WordPress / WooCommerce)
- Add new products with proper title, description & SEO keywords
- Upload optimized product images
- Manage variations (size, color, width)
- Update pricing & stock
Order Management
- Process WooCommerce orders daily
- Coordinate packaging
- Update tracking details
- Handle returns & exchanges
Social Media Handling
- Create Instagram & Facebook posts
- Upload reels & basic video edits
- Use AI tools for image generation & creative posts
- Basic Canva knowledge preferred
Customer Support
- Reply to WhatsApp customer queries
- Handle product inquiries
- Share product links
- Maintain polite & professional tone
Basic AI Tools Usage
- Use ChatGPT for captions & product descriptions
- Use AI image tools for creatives
- Basic prompt writing understanding
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
