Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize supply chain operations and improve overall process efficiency.
- Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries.
- Analyze logistics data to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
- Verify incoming Raw Material (RM), Packing Material (PM), and Input Packing Material (IPM) documents and weight.
- Ensure proper material storage, palletization, and warehouse management.
- Prepare GRNs for incoming RM, PM, and IPM materials.
- Issue RM and PM to production as per reservation requests.
- Coordinate material transfers to third-party tolling sites.
- Maintain accurate records and filing of incoming material documents.
- Conduct weekly stock counts of raw materials.
- Coordinate with the QC department for material sampling and clearance.
- Monitor daily cold storage temperature conditions.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance within the raw material warehouse.
