Client Success Manager – Netcraftz Edutech, Bengaluru
Job Summary
The Client Success Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with educational institutions, training partners, and enterprise clients. The role focuses on customer onboarding, adoption of EdTech solutions, client retention, renewals, and revenue growth while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Manage the complete post-sales customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal.
- Build long-term relationships with school administrators, educators, training managers, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and onboarding workshops.
- Monitor customer engagement and platform usage to drive adoption.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling EdTech products and services.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and present performance insights.
- Resolve client escalations and coordinate with internal teams for timely solutions.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support teams to improve offerings.
- Track customer success metrics such as retention, satisfaction, renewals, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Required Experience
- 4–8+ years of experience in Client Success, Customer Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management.
- Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, Learning Management Systems (LMS), or educational technology solutions.
- Experience managing enterprise or institutional clients.
- Proven record of customer retention and account growth.
- Experience handling customer escalations and stakeholder management.
