Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain web applications and websites that support the company's business objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for creating efficient, user-friendly, and scalable web solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Website Development & Maintenance
- Develop, maintain, and enhance company websites and web applications.
- Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and functionality concerns.
- Perform regular updates, backups, and security checks.
Front-End Development
- Build responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
- Ensure compatibility across various browsers and devices.
- Optimize website speed and user experience.
Back-End Development
- Develop and manage server-side logic and databases.
- Integrate APIs and third-party services.
- Ensure data security, reliability, and scalability.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Conduct testing to ensure website functionality and performance.
- Identify and fix bugs before deployment.
- Maintain coding standards and documentation.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with management and departments to understand requirements.
- Coordinate with designers, content teams, and vendors.
- Provide technical support and training where required.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
- Knowledge of PHP, Node.js, Python, or similar backend technologies
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems
- Knowledge of website hosting, domain management, and deployment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms
- Understanding of SEO best practices
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and payment gateway integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant web development experience.
