Job Summary
The Sr Engineer in Support & Operations plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional client support while maintaining and enhancing software solutions. This role focuses on utilizing Power BI, PowerShell, and Python to troubleshoot issues, develop new features, and ensure that all deliverables meet the organization's quality and cost standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain And Enhance Existing Power Bi Reports And Dashboards, Ensuring Data Accuracy And Relevance While Troubleshooting Any Issues That Arise During Client Usage.
2. Utilize Powershell Scripts To Automate Routine Tasks And Improve Operational Efficiency, Providing Timely Resolutions To Support Requests.
3. Develop And Execute Python Scripts For Data Manipulation And Analysis, Supporting The Creation Of Comprehensive Documentation For Cmmi And Client Requirements.
4. Provide Technical Guidance To Junior Developers By Sharing Best Practices In Power Bi And Powershell, Fostering Skills Development And Ensuring High-Quality Deliverables.
5. Monitor And Track Client Requirements, Ensuring Timely Delivery Of Assigned Tasks While Adhering To Defined Quality Standards And Addressing Ad-Hoc Requests Effectively.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency In Power Bi For Data Visualization And Reporting.
