About the Role
We are seeking a confident and empathetic Patient Counsellor to guide prospective patients through our recovery programs. The role involves understanding patient concerns, explaining treatment plans, addressing objections, and helping patients enroll into suitable recovery programs.
This is an in-house role. No field sales, doctor visits, hospital marketing, or external business development activities are involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Speak with new patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, video consultation, and in-person visits.
- Understand patient concerns and treatment goals.
- Explain recovery programs, protocol structure, timelines, and pricing.
- Guide patients in selecting the most appropriate program.
- Address patient questions and concerns professionally.
- Follow up with interested patients and nurture leads.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams regarding patient onboarding.
- Maintain patient records and lead tracking systems.
- Support patient retention and continuation into subsequent treatment phases.
- Achieve enrollment and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (Hindi and regional languages are an advantage).
- Strong counselling, sales, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to confidently discuss healthcare services with patients.
- Comfortable handling phone calls, WhatsApp, and video consultations.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Previous experience in healthcare counselling, patient coordination, admissions counselling, wellness programs, or consultative sales preferred.

Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience)
