We are seeking a dynamic and result driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding market presence for our cutting-edge solutions, which include Biometric Attendance Devices, CCTV Systems, EPABX Systems and Access Control Systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and an understanding of the technology and security industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and executive effective business development strategies to generate sales and revenue for our product offerings.
- Drive sales for Biometric Attendance Devices, CCTV, EPABX, and Access Control Systems to both new and existing clients.
- Identify and target new business opportunities, including enterprises, organization and government sectors.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact of customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead Generation and Market Expansion
- Research, identify and qualify new leads through various channels, including cold calls, networking and digital marketing.
- Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance the company visibility and build a strong business network.
- Product Knownledge and Demonstration
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's product portfolio (Biometric Attendance Devices, CCTV Systems, EPABX, and Access Control) to effectively present and demonstrate products to potential clients.
- Conduct product presentation and demonstration both virtually and on-site to showcase product features and benefits.
- Proposal and Negotiation
- Prepare customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to close deals successfully and meet sales targets.
- Market Analysis and Reporting
- Continously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to provide strategic insights for product positioning.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with the marketing, technical, and support teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and post-sales processes.
- Coordinate with the technical team for installations and trouble shooting, if necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field (MBA is a plus.)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in technology or security sector.
- Proven experience in selling products such as Biometric Attendance Systems, CCTV, EPABX, or Access Control Solutions.
- Strong understanding of the technology and security systems industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Strong Analytical skills and ability to develop and implement business strategies.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred
- Experience with government, enterprise, and large-scale project sales.
- Technical background or understanding of the products offered.
